Rate Notes
So that you may compare our rates with others, the rates above do not include taxes or cleaning fees. Please multiply the rate listed above by 12%, then add $95 for professional post-stay cleaning to calculate your total.
Electric pool heat is available for the length of your stay at $20/night or $100/week ($112 including tax).
Discounted rates do not apply to holiday weeks.
Feel free to check with us for “fill-the-gap” dates in the next 3 months, which generally receive even greater discounts.
Generally, week-long reservations are made Saturday to Saturday, however, we are happy to accommodate your preferred arrival day as availability allows.

Pet Accomodation Rates
Please ask for approval for your well-behaved pet’s stay prior to arrival.
Pet fees range from $15-25/night or $100-$150/week + additional $150 security deposit. We have found that pets who are crated at night and during their owner's absence are most comfortable in strange surroundings and least likely to mark or damage property.
Because our property is not fenced for pets, you should only consider bringing them if they are accustomed to staying inside during your absence or if they will be with you the entire time.
