We really want our guests to feel pampered when they stay in our vacation home. That's why we offer much more than the bare essentials (linens, towels, hair dryers, cookware, etc.) - you'll find that we've equipped our villa with just about all you'll need. And nothing in our home is "cheap" or tacky - we only select items we'd have or use in our own home. Don't settle for average when you can have the best! Resting

	The master bedroom has a door to the pool and patio area, a luxurious pillow-top king bed and en-suite bath, including an amazing garden tub and oversized shower.
	The 2nd bedroom also has the same, high-quality king bed and luxurious bedding.
	The 3rd bedroom (the safari room) offers generous space, 2 comfortable twin beds, and a bean bag chair for comfortable Xbox play.
	The 4th bedroom (the surf shack) has a fun bunk-bed (double/full on bottom and twin on top) that's just perfect for fort building .
	Baby/toddler furniture, including a foldable pack-n-play crib (cot), high chair, booster seat, and stroller are available for your convenience - and we don't charge for their use!

Lounging

	In the family room, we have plenty of comfy sofa space for enjoying the top quality, 42" Plasma HDTV, on-demand HD cable, and DVD player..
	All bedrooms have TVs with DVD players, and one also has an X Box with games.
	FREE DVD, VHS, and CD library with a wide selection of family and popular titles, as well as games and books, are available for your enjoyment.
	The large covered patio is equipped with a ceiling fan, table, chairs, and loungers.
	The fully screened pool and spa enclosure with southwest and west-facing views is perfect for long afternoons of sun-worshipping or watching the sunset after a long day in the parks!
	The child safety screen around pool offers protection for little ones, but can be folded away if your party does not include children. We do not have the annoying buzzer that goes off every time you open the patio doors.
	The separate formal living and dining rooms offer a quiet retreat for enjoying a good book or chat while the family plays.
	Many of the rental homes in the area offer little privacy, with no fences and small lots. At our villa, we have NO REAR NEIGHBORS, just panoramic views!

Exploring

	Our location on the highly acclaimed Highlands Reserve Golf Course is unbeatable!
	Highlands Reserve has a full service pro shop with driving range.
	We're also within minutes of dozens of the area's best courses. Contact us for more information about tee times and local area courses.
	We have super EASY and CONVENIENT access to area attractions and parks via Hwy 27 and 192.
	Quick access to Highway 4 provides fast trips to either coast for beach combing, manatee swimming, shuttle viewing, or sporting events.
	Across the street from Highlands Reserve, a brand new grocery store, several restaurants, a pub, and shops are within easy walking distance.

Playing/Entertaining
There is so much to do at our villa, your family may not want to leave!

	Our pirate-themed game room in the garage has a ping-pong table, foosball, electronic dart board, etc.
	We've recently added a brand new computer with LCD monitor and high speed cable Internet - all FREE for your use.
	Need to bring your laptop? Enjoy wireless access throughout the house.
	Two separate dining areas, with combined seating for 12, as well as 4 counter stools at the breakfast bar provide for great family dinners and get-togethers with vacationing friends.
	The formal dining room is also a perfect spot to enjoy the provided poker set and bar supplies.
	Highlands Reserve also features community tennis courts, a large lap pool, and a private playground for residents and guests.
